Sandra Bullock filed for divorce from Jesse James in Austin, Texas. After a very (very, VERY) public break, Sandra decided to throw in the towel and file for divorce. TMZ.com uncovered a divorce document filed by B.A.S (Sandra Bullock‘s initials backwords) and J. J. G. (Jesse James, middle name Gregory).

Sandra covered this week’s issue of People magazine and told the world she was through with James and continuing on alone with her adopted son. In light of the news, TMZ.com dug up the divorce petition formally filed on April 23rd. April is the cruelest month, indeed.
“The marriage between Petitioner and Respondent has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation. There is no child under eighteen years of age or otherwise entitled to support who was born or adopted of this marriage and none is expected.”
So there it goes. The formal ending of Sandra‘s ill-fated marriage to Jesse James. What is that we hear? The click-clacks of tattooed ladies everywhere. We doubt James will be alone for long.
