Beyonce is being sued by a man who claims her video shoot screwed up his daily routine. Beyonce and her film crew shot “Why Don’t You Love Me” near the Los Angeles home of Philip Markowitz and he’s now suing Bey for the loud racket that woke him up and ruined his day.

He first says the film crew woke him up at 7am, he then complains that he couldn’t leave his home due to the production crew blocking his driveway. And that’s not it: he also missed some “important business calls.”
Markowitz is suing for unspecified damages. In fact, he finds it rather rude that Beyonce and co. didn’t offer to pony up cash from the beginning — he claims to have netted as much as $10, 000 from production companies filming near and on his property.
