Cameron Diaz has been banned from boyfriend Alex Rodriguez’s upcoming games. Perhaps still a little burned by all the media publicity caused by Kate Hudson‘s presence at every New York Yankees game, A-Rod doesn’t want a repeat of last summer with Cameron Diaz smiling for cameras in the stands.

A-Rod thinks Kate coming to every game and practice (wow!) made their romance progress too quickly.
“He doesn’t want what happened to him and Kate to happen between him and Cameron,” says our source. “Kate was at every New York game and then some and even went to Alex’s game practice. Things got too clingy too fast.” As long as she doesn’t mind waiting for him outside of the stadium, Cameron and A-Rod might have a very happy future together.”
Thankfully for A-Rod, this isn’t likely to cause any strife in the relationship.
“Cameron is not really into baseball, so she wouldn’t want to go to all the games…They are taking it slow. Neither one wants a commitment right now.”
Go ahead, Cameron! She always just seems so cool and non-commital. Do you think A-Rod and Cameron‘s relationship will last?
