Charlie Sheen has given up custody of his two daughters to Denise Richards. Charlie and Denise have Sam and Lola and went though a bitter divorce and custody hearing just a few years ago. Now, Charlie has quietly signed off giving Denise complete physical custody.

Charlie didn’t even fight Denise this time, due to his recent activities. From CBS:
Sources familiar with the situation told the website that Sheen and Richards signed a written agreement stating that Richards now has sole legal custody of Sam, 6, and Lola, 4. The two previously had joint legal custody of the girls.
According to the report, the sources said that Richards wanted sole custody, given Sheen’s recent “marital turmoil, sobriety issues and criminal problems,” and that Sheen did not put up a fight about signing the agreement.
I bet Denise was jumping for joy over that. She said she was going to write a tell all, but can she really have much more information that we don’t know about?
