The DA wants Lindsay Lohan to do some jail time. The DA’s office has said they will throw Lindsay in jail if she has violated any term on her probation because she has been given oodles of chances to comply and hasn’t.

Lindsay knows exactly where her cutoff point is on the probation and keeps towing the line, just to stay legal. From SAWF News:
Lindsay Lohan’s parole compliance, or the lack of it, was reporteded discussed on Tuesday, May 4, in a secret meeting between the judge in the case, the DA and Lindsay’s lawyer.
According to Radar Online, Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, met with LA County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers and Judge Marsha Revel in the judge’s chambers for about 45 minutes.
On April 30 TMZ reported that Lindsay could go to jail because she has been routinely violating the terms of her probation in a 2007 DUI case.
Do you think Lindsay even cares about meeting with the judge? I think she only showed up because if she didn’t, her butt would definitely be in jail!
