Dennis Hopper Died
Dennis Hopper died today at the age of 74. Wow, it’s been a tough few days for Hollywood. Right on the heels of Gary Coleman’s untimely death yesterday, Dennis Hopper passed away in his Los Angeles home from prostate cancer.

Dennis Hopper starred and directed the classic flick Easy Rider, and received an Oscar nomination for writing. He also co-starred with James Dean in Rebel Without A Cause and was nominated once again for an Oscar for his role in 1986′s Hoosiers.
Aside from acting, Hopper also had a voracious appetite for substance. He’s quoted as saying he snorted lines of cocaine as long as his arm and drank gallons of vodka.
He also spent brief stints in mental institutions after suffering various delusional breakdowns.
RIP Dennis Hopper.
