Jessica Simpson has dropped three dress sizes in recent months. How did Simpson do it? As we know Jessica’s weight has fluctuated over the years. Simpson has been working with fitness trainer Danny Musico who’s also trainer for Leonardo DiCaprio, Justin Bieber even Jessica’s dad Joe Simpson.

Yes, as a matter of fact, Justin Bieber trains too. Danny who’s a former professional boxer has created an exercise regime just for Jessica.

He said ”She’s getting leaner and told me she went down three dress sizes. She’s pushing herself to new levels. She’ll run for three minutes as fast as she can, then rest for 30 seconds, then box for three minutes and so on.”

It’s a 60-minute, interval-based workout. The High Definition Training combines boxing, cardio and weights and Jessica is enjoying every bit of it.

She told In Touch Weekly: “It’s a 60-minute, interval-based workout. The best part is the punching – it gets a lot of aggression out!”

He said: “With her clothing line and getting ready for another season of ‘The Price of Beauty’, it’s hard to find the time. But when she’s at the gym, she always gives 100 per cent.”  Jessica tries to meet with her trainer four times a week.

Good for you Jessica, you look terrific. I always say it’s not how much you weight, it’s how you feel about yourself. Summer is right around the corner, I have to do something too. I exercise quite a bit but I think my problem is I have a huge appetite and I love to eat.
