Staub, the 21-year old starlet plays Stella Malone on the Jonas show. In case you don’t watch Disney’s “Jonas” show, my 11-year old does.. ha! Stella Malone (Chelsea Staub) and Joe Lucas (Joe Jonas) are on-screen childhood friends and they’re caught in some serious lip sucking action while filming on Tuesday! My question is: are they going to develop the relationship off-screen?
