The latest Kate Hudson rumor involves her dating co-star Colin Egglesfield. Kate and Colin are filming a romantic comedy thing called Something Borrowed, and of course the tabloids are yapping the two are rolling around in the hay together, too. Of course.

Those working on the set with Kate and Colin say there’s obvious chemistry and the two have been taking long, romantic strolls together.
“He’s her summer fling,” a pal of the actress tells Star. “Cameron Diaz can have Alex Rodriguez – Kate has Colin! They’ve been taking long strolls along the shore after sunset. Right now it’s totally fresh and new and they’re both really crushing on each other. This is just what Kate needed to lift her spirits.”
Oh, how did I know Alex Rodriguez‘s name would somehow find itself buried in this story somewhere. Well, good for Kate. I hope she has a fantastic time with this Colin fellow.
