Kendra Wilkinson is battling a sex tape release. Kendra is the latest celebrity to have to duke it out with Vivid Entertainment to try and keep her sordid love life out of the public eye…but she isn’t having much luck.

Kendra and Hank Baskett have not even been married a year and this sex tape has Kendra fearing for her marriage. According to Radar Online:
The 24-year-old pin-up’s lawyer Yael E. Holtkamp – from powerhouse firm Lavely and Singer in Los Angeles – has asked porn giants Vivid Entertainment to ‘cease and desist’ with releasing the video which could highly embarrass the married model.
Their scathing letter to Vivid reads: “The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure.
“Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson’s constitutional and common law rights of privacy.”
Vivid Entertainment isn’t backing down yet, though, leaving Kendra a wreck! Do you think Vivid should back off and let kendra’s tape be kept private?
