Kim Kardashian admits she’s tried Botox. Which, quite honestly, is rather ridiculous — Kim is only 29. Seriously, what could honestly need some plumping on her face at this point? Kim K, her mother and sisters are on Nightline doing what they do best (talking about themselves) tonight, and of course the subject of plastic surgery was broached.

All four Kardashian women deny getting nose jobs and only Kourtney admits to any actual plastic surgery (breast implants). In fact, Kim says she could probably benefit from a titty lift.
“What’s funny about my nose, it’s my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done . . . I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn’t — I wouldn’t look the same. Trust me honey,” she jokes. “if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.”
You know, I still don’t buy that Kim Kardashian hasn’t had any plastic surgery. I really don’t. Maybe not breast implants but she’s just bound to have had something done.
