Lindsay Lohan must appear in court on Thursday. The judge reviewing Lindsay’s case was said to have agreed she was in compliance, but late last night issued Lindsay the ultimatum.

Lindsay must appear in court or go to jail. The Music Rooms said she must fight the volcanic ash problem in Europe and appear in court Thursday.
It has been reported Lindsay must be in court as Judge Revel is planning to schedule a probation violation hearing because the star hasn’t been to enough of the lessons.
Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Jane Robison has said that if Lindsay does not present herself at court this week, a bench warrant for her arrest could be issued.
“Pending the probation violation hearing, Lohan could be ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet, known as SCRAM,” reported RadarOnline. “It’s unclear at this point if Lohan will be sent to jail by Judge Revel, but we are told the judge is taking this ‘very, very seriously’.”
I think Lindsay would throw a fit if she had to wear the bracelet again…that cut in to her social life. Do you think Lindsay will make it to court on Thursday?
