Lindsay Lohan finally attended her court date today in Los Angeles and will not go to jail. However, Lindsay will look a bit bulkier in the ankle area, as she was ordered to wear a SCRAM bracelet, get weekly drug tests and attend the remainder of her alcohol education classes.

A SCRAM bracelet is kind of an unsightly thing, and Lindsay‘s lawyer tried to argue against her wearing it due to her busy schedule of photoshoots and movie-making in the coming months. Thankfully, Judge Marsha Revel laughed and said “too bad.” Instead, she suggested that Lohan postpone her work. Ha. Good for Judge Revel — the court has been more then accommodating to her.
Lohan‘s next court date is on July 6th. Which means she has a whole month and half to make up a myriad of excuses as to why she can’t wear her SCRAM bracelet, get drug tested and attend her classes.
