Lindsay Lohan Is Going To JAIL
Lindsay Lohan is headed to jail when sh returns from Cannes. Yup. It happened. Lindsay Lohan is jail bound, folks. Yesterday we reported that Lindsay “lost” her passport, and because of this was unable to fly him to Los Angeles today for her court hearing regarding her alcohol classes she must complete in accordance with her 2007 DUI.

Well, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel is locking Lilo up and throwing away the key. Or expecting $100, 00 bail — whichever comes first once she steps of the plane.
And the cherry on top? Once Lindsay crawls out of her jail cell, she must must wear a “scram bracelet” (which measures alcohol in her system), and submit to random drug testing at least once a week.
Michael Lohan attended the hearing even though his daughter was absent and asked that Lindsay be ordered to rehab instead of jail.
Wow. Are you surprised the Judge actually sentenced Lindsay to jail?
