Lindsay Lohan has lost her passport and because of this may not make her court date tomorrow. Uh oh. How did I know something would prevent our Little Lohan from showing up for her big hearing? It’s off to the chokey for LiLo!

Apparently, Lindsay was trying to be a good Alcohol Education student and attempted to board a plan last night so she could fly back to Los Angeles and attend some classes and make her court hearing. Unfortunately, she’s telling her lawyers that somebody stole her passport, thus making it impossible to leave Cannes. SIGH.
Her lawyer released the statatement:
“I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to L.A. Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to L.A. today to do more alcohol education classes and appear in court tomorrow.”
