Lindsay Lohan posted bail to skip the arrest at Customs. When the arrest warrant was issued, it was supposed to be a bench warrant and no big deal, but the judge made it seem more important, thus leaving the Customs agents no choice to arrest Lindsay at the airport from which she landed.

Lindsay is supposed to be on a flight to LA today, since she already posted bail. Do you think she will make it now?
A judge had ordered her detention after she missed a probation hearing relating to a 2007 drink driving case because she was stranded in France.
She was unable to fly back from the Cannes film festival after her passport was stolen, according to her lawyer.
Further conditions to her probation have been imposed, including a ban on drinking alcohol.
I can’t see Lindsay giving up her Red Bull and vodka anytime soon, can you? Her bail was set at $100,000, meaning she had to pony up just $10K to get a bond secued for her release. Now, she HAS to be in court Monday morning. Will she make that date?
