Lindsay Lohan doesn’t think she needs rehab or jail time. Lindsay thinks she is doing just fine and is in complete compliance, so what’s the problem! I think that’s the first problem – she doesn’t think she has one!

Lindsay finally quit partying to come home for the court appearance, which is just three short hours away. Do you think she’ll get in big trouble?
“I don’t see what reason I would go to prison for. I’ve been in compliance with everything to do with the court system. I’ve been up to par. I’ll be done in two weeks and four days. I missed one class which I spoke to people at the program about because my uncle passed away, when I stayed in New York. I didn’t even go to the funeral so I could come back and go to a class. I don’t see why I should have to go to prison,” she said during an interview on Sunday night with Hollywood.TV which is posted on YouTube.
The star has dismissed calls for her to check into rehab. Her father Michael Lohan has repeatedly claimed Lindsay is addicted to prescription medication, allegations the actress has denied.
Well, any wagers as to what will happen to Lindsay in court today? There are lots of people who want to see her go to jail – are you one of them?
