Lindsay Lohan’s judge told TMZ.com that the now infamous cocaine pictures won’t influence her court date. Lindsay, as we know, decided it was more important to party in Cannes then it was to attend her alcohol education classes or court date.

While she was, indeed, arrested and had to pay $100,000 bail for missing the court date, the pictures of her posing next to a few lines of cocaine won’t be used against her. A rep for Judge Revel says:
“I do not believe that Judge Revel reads TMZ or any other ‘celebrity’ news and she would never be influenced by something which is NOT evidence in the case. It is difficult for Lindsay to get a fair shake because her every move is chronicled by TMZ and others. This creates an unavoidable frenzy around her case and subjects her to a level of scrutiny which non-celebrities do not have to face.”
Well. There you go. Michael Lohan will certainly have something to say about those pictures, however.
