After months of openly bashing the Transformers’ director Michael Bay; Fox has been dropped from Transformers 3, Paramount Pictures confirms to UsMagazine.com.
Deadline Hollywood reports that it was “ultimately” director Michael Bay’s decision. An insider said Bay will start casting for a female co-star immediately.
Megan who has just turned 24, in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, she slammed the franchise as “not about acting” in which she also accused director Bay of making her model 18 skimpy outfits and wash his car while auditioning. In another interview, Megan called Bay “Hitler” and said he was a “nightmare to work for.”
Director Bay snapped back that Fox “needs to grow up” and she owes him her career.
Megan probably regretted all her harsh words and backtracked on her statements last October at the Spike TV’s 4th annual Scream Awards,”The movie [Transformers] took me out of obscurity and gave me a career, and I’m completely grateful to everyone involved with this franchise.”
This is definitely a huge BLOW to Megan’s acting career. Plus we all know her last film “Jennifer’s Body” tanked. Now it seems Jonah Hex would be critial for Megan’s career in which Megan stars opposite Josh Brolin which hits theaters on June 18th.
