Miley Cyrus’s jewelry at Wal-Mart is found toxic with high levels of metal cadmium. The retailer is pulling the entire line of brand necklaces and bracelets from the shelves.
The store chain learned of the cadmium contamination after early testing was conducted in February. Long-term exposure to cadmium can lead to bone softening and kidney failure. It also is a known carcinogen, and research suggests that it can, like lead, hinder brain development in the very young.
The news is a devastating blow to the brand. There are many questions raised as to why the store continued to sell it after the tests.
Well, we know Miley probably had nothing to do with the cover up, because she is probably just a name on the product. I doubt she created the pieces, went to the manufacturers for a visit or even controls anything to do with the product. Do you think she had any clue about the dangerous chemicals?
