Oprah Winfrey likes tequila shots so much she downed a bunch after last night’s Met gala. The most powerful woman in media wore an Oscar de la Renta gown and “let her hair down” while she got drunk in New York City last night. All the glittery people came out last night for Vogue magazine’s Met Gala, with the theme “American Woman: Fashioning a National Identity.”

Oprah‘s muse, however, resided at the bottom of a glass liquor bottle.
“I like tequila and I will have a few shots this evening!” Added her best pal Gayle King, “Oprah loves tequila shots! Yes! She sure does! She doesn’t get, you know, crazy, but she enjoys a good tequila shot!” added King.Winfrey, 56, told Us she decided to wear her hair curly so it would last through the night. “This is my hair down and me partying!” she said.
Indeed, an Us eyewitness spotted her at Vogue‘s soiree at The Mark Hotel “dancing on a banquette with Diddy and Pharrell.”
Dancing on a banquette, eh? Oh, how very Paris Hilton of her.
