Rihanna countersues her personal trainer now. Rihanna was sued by Cindy Percival because Cindy says the singer never paid her for services used. Rihanna trumped that and is now suing her for swindling her out of money – almost exactly the amount the trainer claims she is owed! How convenient.

Rihanna got the last laugh in, because she is suing her for just a little bit more than what the original lawsuit is worth!
Fitness guru CINDY PERCIVAL landed the first punch in the legal wrangle when she sued the singer, alleging she was owed £$26,144 in unpaid fees.
But the toned star has filed a counter suit in LA County Superior Court claiming the sacked trainer ran off with exactly $100 dollars more than that, and that she wants it back.
Only $100 more? There’s a little giggle. If you were Rihanna, would you even bother with the countersue or just let it go and shut her up?
