It looks like Spencer is stil upset with his mother-in-law because she made Heidi cry telling her the plastic surgeries didn’t make her prettier. “Anybody who would do what she did to her daughter – my amazing, beautiful, magnificent wife Heidi – on national television … should be put in a straight jacket”, he added.
OK, first, it was recorded TV and not live. The answers and responses of Heidi and her mom could have been edited out, except The Hills was after ratings! Do you think Spencer is mean or justified in his anger against his MIL?

He has an abusive personality and it’s sad Heidi doesn’t see these red flags. He’s isolating her from friends and family and is plain nasty. I wouldn’t be surpised to learn that he hits or will hit Heidi.
