Brooke Mueller is back to rehab per divorce agreement rules. Even though Brooke and Charlie Sheen have been denying a divorce, the papers found recently state they were both working on divorce details as they tried to get clean.

Brooke gets physical custody of their twins if she gets help. Charlie gets visitation…when he won’t be in jail.
A source tells RadarOnline.com that Brooke, who has a crack addiction, is checking into a rehab facility for 30 days.
This is at least the sixth time that Brooke has been in rehab. Previously she was treated at Two Dreams in North Carolina and The Canyons in Malibu, California. Brooke had been trying to do “rehab at home,” but obviously it was unsuccessful.
I hope Brooke gets the help she needs this time and can stay sober, if not for herself then at least for the sake of her kids! Do you think Charlie needs rehab still as well?
