Chris Klein was charged with two misdemeanor DUI counts for his boozy ride a few weeks ago in Los Angeles. Klein entered himself into rehab after registering more then three times the legal limit, blowing an impressive .20. Today it was reported that he was served with not one but two misdemeanors.

So what’s the worse that could happen?
“If convicted, Klein must serve a minimum of 96 hours in jail, but he could be sentenced up to a year. He may also be ordered to pay a $1,000 fine as well as other penalties. This is Klein’s second brush with the law in the past five years. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor DUI in April 2005.”
