Heidi Montag fears she might be pregnant. Add a new wrinkle to the Speidi story! While we all revel in reports that she’s finally severed ties with Spencer, Heidi has opened up to pals that she’s worried she may be carrying her spawn.

While nobody (and I mean nobody) wants to think about Spencer that way, friends insist the two had a pretty fantastic and active sex life.
“She and Spencer had an active sex life right up until the day she walked out the door, and she was terrified that she could be pregnant,” an insider told Star magazine.“This is the last thing she needs right now.”
The last thing she needs?! This is the last thing we all need! Who wants to witness all the theatrics or a Speidi pregnancy! Furthermore, I think Spencer had it right when he told media outlets that he doesn’t want to procreate. Neither do we!
