January Jones claims she was sober during her hit and run last night. January Jones got caught up in a nasty hit and run Thursday night in Los Angeles. After much media speculation, her rep confirmed she hit two parked cars after being chased by the paparazzi. Once she hit the cars she fled the scene. So was she drunk?

Her rep confirmed:
“There was no alcohol involved and there is no investigation pending. She did not flee the scene; she left her license with a witness and walked to her nearby home to call the police.”
Of course this contradicts what her friend Bobby Flay told TMZ.com this morning.
“Flay says he gave Jones his cell phone number earlier in the evening and after the crash — while she was still at the accident scene — she called him on his cell phone to come over and help her. If Flay’s story is accurate, Jones didn’t have to go home to make the call — she could have stayed at the scene and called 911 on her cell.
