John Mayer is Ill
John Mayer is ill. John did not release what his illness is, but cancelled his North American tour this summer with little other details. Hmmmm….it’s been a bad year for tours! Bono had back surgery, Mariah cancels because she is pregnant, Christina Aguilera cancels because of poor ticket sales. Who’s next?

I hope John gets well soon! No word on when he fell sick, but he’s been out of the press for several months now.
The garrulous pop star has pulled the plug on the remainder of his shows in Europe and will be returning to the U.S. to recover from an undisclosed illness which caused him to cancel last night’s concert in Copenhagen.
According to a statement on his website, “a full recovery is expected under a doctor’s supervision.”
That kind of sounds scary, because the stars will usually say or at least hint as to what the problem is. Why do you think John is ill?
