According to those close to the Kate, the bodyguard even weighed in on how large she should go last March when she got the operation.
“Kate was going to have one kind of breast augmentation, but she changed her mind after talking to Steve about what would look best.”
It isn’t clear how large Kate went, exactly. The only thing revealed by this source is she is now a size 6 shirt instead of a size 4, whatever that means!

Really who cares if she did or didn’t good for her she is making herself feel more beautiful and we all do things after a rough break up/ marriage…. And I hope she is dating she deserves it. At least she waited till after the divorce before dating unlike Jon he was in the dating pool way before divorce was thought of. I wonder how many affairs he actually had………… And I think his new girlfriend should watch her back cause he may be cheating on her once a cheater always a cheater
