Kim Kardashian skips award shows for basketball. Or did the people at Spike and MTV just not invite any of the Kardashian sisters to walk the red carpet and grace their shows?

Instead of making an appearance – perhaps because Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton were BOTH there – Kim skipped it all together!
The beautiful Kim Kardashian was spotted last night, June 6, at game two of the NBA finals at the Staples Center in LA. The reality star was there to show some love for the home team and of course her brother-in-law, Lamar Odom.
Kim enjoyed her expensively hard-to-get courtside seat, just three spots down from the legendary Jack Nicholson.
So, do you think Kim was not invited to the awards shows and luckily had an excuse like the playoff game to cover her uninvited story? Or was she not going to go – even if she had been scheduled to – in order to show support for Lamar? I can’t believe she’d give up the PR opportunity…do you?
