Mel Gibson ex and babby mama, Oksana Grigorieva, has ordred a restraining order against him. Oh, how soon philandering love can go sour! Yesterday we reported that he also ordered she not open her mouth to the inquiring minds (aka the press). What a mess!

Just a short 7 months after their arrival of daughter, Lucia, it seems the fairy tale romance is crumbling.
“In LA family court on Monday, Grigorieva’s lawyers told the judge that Gibson got violent with her. The order reportedly relates to an incident in January, three months before they split. Then, lawyers for Gibson — who denied any violent behavior — struck back by getting a restraining order against Grigorieva, the mother of his 7-month-old daughter, Lucia, banning her from saying anything about him and their relationship. The Australian actor, 54, broke up with Russian musician Grigorieva, 40, in April after the couple had been together more than a year.”
