SEAN PENN Biography
SEAN PENN an Oscar-winning actor, screenwriter and film director; Penn is known for his political and social activism. He has earned two Academy Awards, for his roles in Mystic River (2003) and Milk (2008).
Young Sean gain recognition in Hollywood as he appeared in the hit comedy Fast Times at Ridgemont High in the role of a pot smoking surfer, Jeff Spicoli in 1982 as well as playing the role of Mick O’Brien, a troubled youth in the drama Bad Boys in 1983.
In 1985, Penn performed remarkably as Andrew Daulton Lee in The Falcon and the Snowman.
Many have forgotten that Sean was once married to Madonna in the 80s before his marriage to Robin Wright. His latter marriage also ended in a divorce in July 2010.
