Spencer Pratt started a paparazzi company of his own. Spencer and estranged wife Heidi Montag were the subject of many pictures, so I guess Spencer knows what he is doing…right? But why would he want his own company?

Spencer can’t seem to get a job elesewhere. If Heidi leaves him, there goes the salary related to modeling and acting.
The fame-hungry reality TV star, 26, announced on his Twitter account today that he intends to set up a paparazzi photo agency.
In a classic only-in-Hollywood development, Pratt announced to followers on the micro-blog site: ‘Send me all your celeb photos you take with your camera hones and I will post them on my blog KINGSPENCER.com and give you credit and $.’
He went on to say: ‘anyone tweet me celebrity [sitings] [sic] I’m starting my own PAP agency! I will pay for good tips if they get me the photo hahaha.’
Does it sound more and more like Spencer is off his rocker or is it just me?
