A Chicago women has filed a suit against Jersey Shore’s Snookie and JWOWW. According to the suit, the woman, Carrie Malec, was partying it up with some of the other Jersey Shore guidettes and got pummeled by the bite-sized Snooki and her companion JWOWW.

Carrie is suing Snooks and co. for $75, 000 and also releasing some legal wrath on MTV. In the suit she claims the network encourages the rabid behavior of its cast, accusing them of “running a criminal enterprise.”
She’s also worried the scene might be aired on MTV, and she doesn’t want any of that.
