Chris Brown cried fake tears at BET awards. Last Sunday at the annual BET awards Chris Brown performed a rather stunning tribute to Michael Jackson. During his rendition of “Man In The Mirror” Brown broke down into tears.

Keep in mind, Brown‘s reputation never really recovered from beating up Rihanna in February of ’09, so many people thought he was just crying fake tears to elicit some sympathy from viewers. And those people would be right. Those were EYE DROP tears!
“Before he took the stage to belt out “Man in the Mirror,” a backstage source tells Us one of Brown’s bodyguards gave the singer, 21, tear-inducing eye drops. Brown’s rep denies it, telling Us that this account is “completely untrue.” But the witness says Brown definitely used drops. Says the source, “He rubbed it in and he started crying.”
