But don’t worry instead of her sentence of 90 days behind bars; LiLo will likely be serving only 23 days due to overcrowding and the non-violent nature of her crime. That’s according to the Los Angeles Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore who said that an inmate in Lohan’s situation generally serves about 25 per cent of their sentence making LiLo’s roughly 22 – 23 days.
The prison isn’t exactly unfamiliar to Lindsay, she has served just 84 minutes three years ago before being released due to overcrowding. It is the same jail where Paris Hilton did her time the same year after violating her DUI probation.
As Daily Mail reports that during LiLo’s time in jail, she will be spending 23 hours a day in a two-bunk cell with a toilet and sink and will be given an hour a day to shower, watch television, exercise outside and make phone calls.
Lohan must also serve 90 days as an in-patient on a substance abuse programme once she is released from jail.
We hope after LiLo gets through this; it’ll all be uphill from there. Do you think her sentence was too harsh or not?

thats sucks lindsay isnt a bad person and its not nice to be getting into her personal life because i guarantee you everyone has been in jail its a totally nonviolent crime , why make sucha big deal and if its because of her drug use she should be sentenced to only rehab ily lindsay
