Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato narrowly miss an awkward run in. Last night, the former lovebirds both attended the VH1 Do Something awards in Hollywood and did some creative maneuvering to avoid each other. Or at least their assistants did some creative moves…

Demi walked the red carpet first and took her sweet time waiting for the boy wonder to appear. Joe only showed up on the red carpet and briefly talked to reporters before ducking inside – AFTER Demi was done.
Joe only arrived to meet the press after Demi had finished walking the carpet, ensuring the pair would never have to meet, at least in public anyway.
During the show, both Demi and Joe separately took to the stage to present awards, so at least Joe got to admire Demi’s glamorous outfit at that point.
The duo had better be friends quick though, as they are commited to touring together starting next week.
Ohhhh, that tour ought to be lots of fun. I have the feeling that Demi is a grudge holder. Do you think their touring will be friendly?
