A judge has ordered Mel Gibson to surrender his weapons. Mel supposedly threatened Oksana Grigorieva with a handgun in one of the tapes and the judge is taking that very seriously.

Mel was supposed to have surrendered or proved he surrendered the weapons by yesterday.
Mel Gibson has been ordered to surrender all firearms he owns, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
The order was part of Thursday’s closed-door hearing in the continuing battle between Mel and Oksana Grigorieva.
In addition, Oksana was ordered to turn over her iPhone, which is believed to contain evidence pertinent to the case.
If Mel really wantd to harm her with a weapon, wouldn’t he have already done it by now? Or, you can get a gun pretty easy on the street probably. Do you think surrendering the guns will help?
