Kate Major claims Michael Lohan abused her. Kate Major (the ousted Star reporter who used to date Jon Gosselin) claims she and Michael Lohan got into a brutal physical fight earlier this week. Before Lohan hopped on a plane to Los Angeles in order to be in court while his Lindsay got dragged away in handcuffs, the two reportedly got into a brawl.

Kate told the Southampton police in New York that Michael physically abused her, shoving her and throwing her over a chair. Lohan denies this and while he admits that an argument ensued, swears he didn’t touch her and Major is making up the whole story.
Who do you believe? Honestly, neither are very credible.
