Kate Major is going to sue Michael Lohan’s pants off. Which is only fair, seeing as how the lawsuit is over the topless pictures of her posted online that he denies leaking…directly after their breakup!

Kate was supposedly wasted and does not have any connections that would leak those photos. So she’s going to take it out on Michael and she first sent him a cease and desist letter.
TMZ obtained a copy of the non-love letter Kate Major just fired off to her ex-fiance Michael Lohan — and it’s all over those topless pics of her on the Internet.
It’s a cease and desist letter to Lohan which reads, “We have recently become aware that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms. Major to kikster LLC and other websites.”
Let’s see…who else could even remotely have access to pictures like that besides Michael? Oh, yeah, let’s claim they were stolen! Do you think Michael is innocent of the picture leak?
