Lindsay Lohan is sentenced to jail for 90 days as we listen to the hearing live. Lohan is going to jail for violating her DUI probation.

As TMZ reports, Judge Marsha Revel has been hearing testimony from the alcohol ed people, who admitted Lindsay violated the judge’s command to attend classes at least once a week. Fact is … at least 9 times Lindsay did not hit the mark. In fact, one witness said Lindsay was disrespectful and filled with excuses, yet for some reason officials from the Right On program never notified the judge.
The judge clearly has no patience for Lindsay and time and time again she said Lindsay has lied.
Judge initially ordered Lindsay to report in within 48 days but LiLo’s lawyer asked for a 2-week extension and the Judge agreed to let LiLo surrender into custody on July 20th. SCRAM braclet remains in place before LiLo serves her time. LiLo is weeping as the Judge sentences her.
Poor Lindsay. We wish you well and we hope all the bad things will pass after this. Did you see this one coming?
