Lindsay Lohan bails on her birthday party. The party that Lindsay had promised she would attend so that organizers could make some money. Oops, I guess Lindsay was sidetracked with a little thing about court dates and jail.

Lindsay never has good luck around her birthday…it’s the second time she’s had to wear a SCRAM for her big day.
The Mean Girls star was expected to host a belated party at Hollywood hotspot Las Palmas after celebrating her 24th birthday last Friday (02Jul10).
But Lohan shied away from the bash hours after apparently confirming she would attend the event.
A source tells People.com, “Lindsay was planning to celebrate her birthday with the owners of Las Palmas, who are like family to her, and her friend Ferras, who was also celebrating his birthday that night.”
I think it would be a huge downer over the party atmosphere, knowing you were going to jail in two weeks! Would you have any fun, even if the SCRAM was taken off?
