Lindsay Lohan has checked herself into a sober living house. In an attempt to avoid jail time, LiLo‘s latest scheme is to check into Pickford Lofts in West Hollywood, California yesterday. Lohan is set to enter jail for 90 days starting July 20th, and it’s likely she still will, but you really can’t blame a gal for trying.

Pickford Lofts was founded by her new lawyer, Robert Shapiro, who is notorious for his work with OJ Simpson. Shapiro must’ve convinced the Lohans that freedom could be hers if she cops to her drug problem and shuffles into the halfway house.
However, those close to the case say her newfound interest in rehab won’t change the fact she’s scheduled to appear behind bars this week.
“It’s a really a moot point to ask Judge Revel to send Ms. Lohan to rehab only as Judge Revel has already sentenced her,” Meyers told RadarOnline.com exclusively. Ms. Lohan is going to jail… Judge Revel could have sentenced her to more time behind bars, but she didn’t. The only issue to be decided is what rehabilitation facility Ms. Lohan will be sent to after she serves her jail time.”
