Looks like Lindsay Lohan settled on Robert Shapiro. Since Lindsay snuck away in to rehab – coincidentally one run by the Shapiro family – it appears she has hired him as her attorney. Robert was on the OJ Simpson trial and got his fame that way – for getting criminals off – so Lindsay is hoping he can help he too.

The Lofts is a facility that was started by celebrity lawyer Robert Shapiro — who just happens to be repping Lohan now. He opened the Lofts after his son, Brent, died from a drug overdose in 2005.
The comfortable, homey rehab facility in West Hollywood is a far cry from the hard cot and cold cell she’ll be occupying at the Lynwood correctional facility, where she heads on July 20.
Yesterday, her mom, Dina, spent the night with her. Also former gal pal Samantha Ronson and rumored current flame Eilat Anschel paid a visit, according to X17.com.
Lohan’s father, Michael, wasn’t there, but he told the X17 Web site he doesn’t think the rehab trip will help much.
“Nothing will work unless Lindsay listens to me and cleans house,” he said. “She has got to get Eleanor, Eilat and all the others out of her life and start over.”
I think Lindsay only hit up rehab to keep her privileged little butt out of jail. I don’t think she cares to clean up at all, only stay out of jail. What do you think?
