Lindsay Lohan might get a special rehab jail. Some sources say she could enter the program designed by MADD members to help addicts get help concurrently with jail time. The little catch – Lindsay would have to do all 90 days…and since she says she isn’t going to jail because of an appeal…she probably won’t go for this either.

So, it seems Dina Lohan came to town to help Lindsay get out of jail and continue the denial train. Michael is trying to get Lindsay to rehab and help. Who’s right?
the L.A. County jail system has an Impact Program, designed by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, for the “special” prisoners with drug and alcohol issues. And it combines jail with an intense rehab.
According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Office, the inmates are in jail, but they must also attend a 12-step program.
Attendance at the five-hour-a-day sessions, seven days a week, is mandatory.
I guess if Lindsay was stuck in jail, didn’t have to wait for drivers and didn’t have to party, she could make all those meetings. Do you think Lindsay will do it? Will Lindsay got to a minimum jail time and then fake rehab, to only end up where she is now in another year?
