Lindsay Lohan was sued by a clothing company on her way to court. LiLo is in court right now as we speak hoping (seriously hoping) that she won’t get thrown into jail for violating her probation. As if she didn’t have enough on her mind, she was served with legal papers while in the court room elevator. What for? Stealing $17, 000 worth of clothing.

What a horrid week for LiLo!
Apparently, Lindsay stole the thousands of dollars worth of clothing and accesories from L.A.-area store Church. Churh wants their cash and are willing to take our Little Lohan to court over it.
Lindsay reportedly refused to take the papers, leaving the court-ordered deliverer to drop them at her feet.
Will Lindsay ever get her act together?
