Lindsay Lohan Sued AGAIN
Lindsay Lohan is being sued again! Seems like Lindsay has a habit of taking stuff from stores and then “forgetting” to pay the store in question. Until they sue her and make a big spectacle about it anyway…then she might give the stuff back.

Church Boutique filed a lawsuit Wednesday claiming Lohan “repeatedly” promised to pay for piles of high-fashion finery – including a $750 Mortimer T-shirt and Ron Donovan shoes – that she snagged between November and February.
So far she’s forked over just $180, according to the West Hollywood retailer.
“Lohan repeatedly orally represented to (the owners) that they were not to worry,” the lawsuit states. “The true facts were that she had no intention of causing her business manager to pay the entire balance.”
So, how much is the store’s fault? Doesn’t Lindsay have a reputation of not always paying her bills? Why give her stuff up front?
