The lawyer who had represented Lohan and quitted shortly after LiLo was sentenced on July 7th — Shawn Chapman Holley was also there to accompany Linds.
The 90-day sentence was imposed as a result of Lohan having violated her probation terms for DUI and cocaine possession back in 2007.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel has ordered officials not to allow Lohan to serve any of her sentence on house arrest or work release. However, LiLo will likely be spending less than a month in the clink because of overcrowding and the non-violent nature of her crime according to legal experts.
What do you think? The judge is being fair or too harsh on LiLo? In any case, we hope LiLo will get through this turmoil quickly and smoothly and restart her life.
