Lindsay went to alcohol ed classes over the holiday weekend to ensure she was in compliance with her probation terms. But was it too little too late?
While Lohan’s skipped court appearances and failure to comply with all of the terms of the sentence stemming from her 2007 DUI case have reportedly irritated the judge in the case, it’s possible the prosecutor could seek remedies other than additional jail time for the troubled 24-year-old starlet. The AP reported that Lohan could either be allowed to remain free, in which case she will likely begin work on her much-discussed biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace. Alternately, she could be ordered to jail, in which case she would be taken into custody immediately. It was not clear at press time what her potential sentence might be.
