So it looks like Casey Affleck isn’t the only one who’s been served a nasty lawsuit - Simon Cowell is being sued for $20 million by an ousted Britain’s Got Talent competitor. The woman, Emma Czikai, claims filed a lawsuit claiming she was humiliated and bullied by Cowell. Um. Earth to Emma – does she own a TV set?

Casey Affleck got sued for sexual harassment. During the taping of Joaquin Phoenix‘s documentary (mockumentary), an ex-employee of Casey Affleck‘s says the actor sexually harassed her. Amanda White says Affleck afflicted “unwelcome sexual advances in the workplace”and she’s suing for a whopping $2 million.
